How we help you
If you’ve recently visited your doctor, hospital, or any health or care service in Devon, Plymouth or Torbay we want to hear from you.
Whether you’ve had a good or bad experience, we can use your feedback to improve services for everyone and we have the power to make NHS leaders and other care providers listen to what you have to say.
We’re completely independent so anything you say is confidential. Our service is free, easy to use and can make a real difference to people in Devon, Plymouth, and Torbay.
Who delivers our service?
Devon County Council, Plymouth City Council and Torbay Council jointly commission local Healthwatch in Devon, Plymouth and Torbay. This jointly commissioned Healthwatch service is provided by the following partners:
- Colebrook South West Ltd (Lead contract holder who have provided the Healthwatch Plymouth service since 2013)
- Citizens Advice Devon (who have delivered core aspects of the Healthwatch Devon service since 2013)
- Engaging Communities South West Ltd. (who have provided the service for Healthwatch Torbay since 2013)
Although jointly commissioned, each local authority area retains the distinct identity of their own local Healthwatch:
